Elsya is chairwoman of the Bravyan council. She can choose whatever color hair she feels like, as long as it is a color that the other council members don’t have. Usually, she prefers black hair. Sometimes she adds a streak of color (as long as it is a color others in the council don’t have, of course, such as purple, orange, or pink). She not only understands all about things that other members of the council cannot master, but she can see the broader picture. Like the other Bravyans in the council, she helps the human adults and children who visit Bravya. She also coordinates the other members of the council in complex things, when needed.
